Rooms are tiny, but neat and clean. Can easily identify from vehicle. Morning breakfast is okay okay. They don't offer early check-in option, so plan your travel accordingly. Service is good. Overall it's a nice place for business travel.

ust stayed here once on my business trip & was good for a change. The hotel is centrally located on M.G. Road The interiors were Plush & all the rooms are similar offering the same facilities of A/C, 24 hours Hot water, Satellite TV and a WIFI PACK. The rooms are clean & spacious, either twin or double bedded. The Suite rooms are a bit higher priced but has a BATH TUB. The restaurant was not functional & The Complimentary breakfast served in room was very Bad, a lot of improvement required here. Overall it has been a wonderful experience staying here, but for food visit the other restaurants outside.

Awesome experience, co-operative and humble staff, superb ambience, we booked non-ac, but they provided us AC as complimentary. Very close to railway station and Paradise restaurant. Pantry staff was also very co-operative. Lots of north Indian restaurants are there nearby to the hotel.

Superb experience as per the price at which we booked the room. The ambience was lovely, cleanliness and staff behaviour was very good. Room was large and there were enough cupboards and tables in the room to cater to anyone's needs.

I stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend in September, 2014. The hotel is very well located and the rates are pretty good for the kind of amenities they offer. Clean rooms, good staff and at a good price. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but only ordered for meal once during my stay. Their hotel restaurant serves only vegetarian food which was a bit strange to me but the food was good nonetheless. Only thing that was not up to the mark was their internet connection. Firstly, the procedure to get access to Internet is too technical I felt. You've to SMS and you call them and enter a voucher code which lasts for 24 hours, repeat that again on the next day. Also, the connection was really wonky. So much that I gave up and used my 3G network instead. I complained a few times but it just didn't work as expected. The owner told me they had an issue with their "American" Servers which was just hilarious. Though I'd take that as a one off and wouldn't mind staying here once again if were there again.

Can you imagine a hotel with windows that has nothing to see but only walls of other sorrounding buildings. Need to call more than 10 times at reception requesting to send water bottle in room. No bill given at time of checkout. Very very slow WiFi They are still in dynasaur Era.

A decent place, But don't go with the pics showed on the websites by the Hotel that can be deceiving. It tough to find, took the cab drivers a good while. The best way is to spot the KFC and just move down the same lane. Has got average WiFi, but the staff are not willing to help you get it or register you on their network. Esplly on the laptops.

STAYED - last month (March Ending) ROOMS NOT WELL MAINTAINED AC OUT OF ORDER VERY SMALL BED. MATTRESS IS STILL SMALLER BY 1.5 FEET. If you have small kid or infant, you can' not sleep comfortably. you need to buy extra bed for infant. Staff OK. Requires good maintenance. How can you stay without AC? Daily same menu for breakfast. Very congested , no parking. No open space to move around. No play area.. Try to avoid such hotels. I have posted few photos also.
