We had an excellent experience staying at R Legacy Hotel. Coming from Bangalore, we found everything about the hotel worth praising- the rooms, the people, the food ( we had vegetarian dinner and breakfast without onion and garlic, very delicious indeed- huge kudos to the Chef!) and the neatness and cleanliness at every part of the hotel. Most of all we have huge appreciation for the owner of the hotel - Mr N. Rao, who is very caring and helpful. We requested if he could recommend us any Silk Saree shop at N G Palli (a place famous for silk sarees, available at production cost). Mr Rao recommended the shop and because of him we got special prices. We bought 5 sarees instead of one which otherwise we may have bought. He came to know that we were buying some other items too and were in a particular shop. He spoke to his friend , who was the owner of it and got us very special prices there too! Mr Rao also helped speak to the Chef for our special needs. Thanks to Mr Rao, his team and the wonderful hotel of his.
The rooms were excellent. But check in time was at 12 PM. But they have allotted the room at 3.00PM only!!!! I've confirmed the check in time previous day itself. Even I reached at 11.00 AM they didn't allowed check in. But thats ok. That may be their policy. But they didn't kept the word. When I came back at 1.00 PM they allotted my room to some other and made me wait till 3 PM. Anyway the receptionist apologized for the miscommunication happened between the staff. Anyway the stay was nice. Very neat and clean rooms and toilets. Highly reccomended. They didn't kept tea/ coffee sachets but thermal flask is available

Stayed for two days on 5th and 6th November on a business trip Very Good Ambience , Rooms spacious with facilities for work and comfortable beds. Bath rooms with all facilities. Food homely with less of additives and spices. Restaraunt served good complementary break fast . Reception area with adequate seating for receiving and meeting with visitors . First things first Rooms are good, maintenance is great. Garden is there on top floor never seen in madanapalle. You can have tea snacks there, boys will arrange for us. Quick response from staff. What are you expecting 100yrs of lifespan? Lol.
