I had a great experience today when i went to buy a ring. The collection there was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. They were kind enough to get the ring altered within 10 minutes. Also they were generous enough to show me the mangalsutra collection and the silver collection in the meantime. Thanks for the extremely wonderful experience. Love your store.

It is a very good shop for jewelry. They have many modern and antique designs for gold silver and diamond jewelry. You can also purchase silver pots needed for gifting to someone in marriage or other functions as well. They accept payment via credit card debit card cash and cheque as well. But they charge some thing extra for payment via credit card and debit card.
Arrogant owner. (I wish I could give zero or negative stars) They promised to prepare a design using 8-9 grams of gold and took 5000 advance for it. 2 days later they called me up and said the design is not possible in 9 grams and will take 14 grams. I said it's going over budget and demanded refund of my 5k. Which they initially refused but agreed after lot of argument. Once I reached there showroom all sort of issues started- 1) nobody cared to attend me 2) they kept me waiting 3) again they started making reasons so that they don't have to refund. 4) when he was out of choice he threw the design (an artificial ring) over me and used bad words to allow me refund. All this time owner and staff was rude and arrogant perhaps because i was asking for refund.
