Really bad experience, i suggest not to go with this trip operators. Very unprofessional and never reply of your queries
They don't have proper system. Not trust worthy.. No reply on phone call. Booking are also not confirmed till last moment. Their system takes more than a week to find that your money has been received or not & gives you fake promises. This is not my personal view or opinion. So many customers are unhappy & disappointed with their services.
Domestic tour Staff is unprofessional,not sense of how treated customer like,not good tone conversation,i paid extra out of decided package, Employee name Hitesh who attended me for domestic tour

They take half of payment nd when I called for hotel bookings they told it's not possible. They don't know what their employ doing on behalf of them. Their employ gave fake promises. Because of them may be forcefully I could cancel my Goa tour. These is not my personal view or opinion. So many customers are unhappy & disappointed with their services.
Worst place to book air ticket. When I booked an international flight with them i have been informed that, its connecting flight from New Delhi, but my check in will be done at Ahmadabad airport only and I do not require to do check in from New Delhi again. Their manager gave me his mobile no to contact him for any issue during travel. At Ahmadabad airport ground staff gave me boarding pass for Ahmedabad to Delhi only, they told me that its not connecting flight and I need to do check in at Delhi airport again. I called their manager several time but he cancelled my calls. it was only 10 pm but still he was not picking up my calls. At New Delhi airport there was a huge rush for checking in I have boarded the flight 25 minutes before it took off. don't trust them
Worst service ever. Untrust worthy specially Falguniben.No ethics whatsoever. My flight got early and No intimation by them. Costed me 13000 out of pocket by road. When time for refund all sorts of excuse. Please don't go. Better go somewhere but not these people. They are worst in industry.

Tour was excellent and Mr hitesh guided us very well , Driver Mr Kulwinder singh was very nice person and he knows all the spot of shimla manali tour which helped us to enjoy the tour.
