Worst experience..My first pregnancy and someone suggested this hospital but Doctors are money minded they only make money by looting the patients and do not care or sympathy for the patients. I have lost my 1child due to negligence of this hospital. They did all test and check up and at the eight months of pregnancy they revealed that their is some serious issues with child then they refer my case to PGI. I lost my baby, health and peace of mind.

Zero rating for the rkm hospital, my sister lost her first baby due to carelessness of the doctors. My sister is suffering from pain on Sunday and my sister call in hospital then firstly nobody picked the phone after calling for 5 to 6 times then they pick the phone and doctor said that as it is Sunday they refuse to do ultrasound and said that firstly you go for ultrasound from another hospital and then come back to me and then we request mam please pain happened at any time please what's the meaning of Sunday in it but the doctor refuse to do ultrasound and on that day our valuable time is wasted on searching here and there for the hospital for ultrasound and somehow after 4 to 5 hours we take the report for the ultrasound from the healing touch and there we found that there is a major problem in the pregnancy and when we come back in the rkm hospital no body is looking for my sister and she is suffering from pain , doctor is busy in attending her guest after 1 hour the doctor came and said that we are unable to handle the case , and refer the case to 32 hospital and when we went to 32 hospital doctors there said that how a doctor is such a irresponsible to handle the life of a baby on Sunday midnight my sister lost her baby now she is suffering from depression. This is day we never forget in our life. I recommend all of you please please please please not visit to this hospital if you want to save the life of your child

My daughter lost her first baby due to negligence of the doctor . Doctors here are money minded , my daughter is suffering from mental trauma as a father I am not able to see her . I am retired from indian army spend my whole life for this country and the doctors like them are the biggest victim for the country . As a army person I never guide anyone wrong , please don't visit to this hospital if you want to save your baby please it's my request because in the end they just said we are not able to handle the case go to pgi . NEVER NEVER NEVER VISIT TO THIS HOSPITAL IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR CHILD.

They Mostly prefer operations. For one Case they charges nearly 40k and for overall cost with medicine goes nearly 80k There's no proper care of patients on night. The Air conditioners are installed for the Name . Door closer are broken. No care of toilet taps. There's no feeling like a good hospital . Only money is more important than everything.

- 2 stars because its still not too bad to deserve 1 star. Pros: The doctors are one of the best doctors in Ambala. They are giving right treatment. The only reason this hospital is running well is Dr. Natasha and Madhulakshmi. Cons Other than above Pros, there's nothing great about being here. The following things deserve 1 star... - No Emergency facility. I had to take my wife here in emergency at around 1am, as she slipped on floor in 9th month of her pregnancy, and had tremendous pains. Surprisingly, there was no doctor in emergency times at this hospital. Only a nurse was available. She did only baby's heart rate check but no cure to pain. We had to come back in the same situation with unbearable pain (traumatic). - Inaccessible and Poor Infrastructure. A pregnant woman has to climb upstairs one floor for every OPD visit. a Wheelchaired person can't go here. Cars parked in the premises in front of main entry. No separate OPD and IPD. Patient rooms are adjoining OPD Reception. Several patients lined-up inside the doctor's cabin, everyone listening to conversation, so, no privacy as well. - No card payment, online payment, only cash payments. - No Mediclaim insurance facility. - No accreditations. - Laboratory is badly located and too unhygienic. No separate sample collection area. Patient is asked to take urine sample in OPEN container, cross the aisle area, which has a drinking water dispenser in front of toilet, and hand it over to lab. That whole area stinks! This hospital needs a serious renovation to comply with current hospital norms and accreditations like NABH.

If there is any zero rating available then I will definitely give that. The doctors are sitting just to earn money they don't care about their patients, their health, the child. No ventilation, no fresh light, not even lights and fans work properly, washrooms are in bad conditions and the worst part is insects runs patients bed. Opd is more worst then rooms. Doctor madhu and Dr Natasha are thr to loot they do ultrasound in their own hospital at triple prices. Don't go in this hospital if you love your family. I lost my child because of doctor's negligence. They give a long list of medicine and injections. Worst hospital. Don't know where these kind of doctors took the money which the earn by killing others.

Dr Natasha is very calm, full of patience, understanding and has good knowledge. Baby Delivery was normal and safe. When we read reviews about the hospital, we were concerned but we still went on someone's recommendation. Now I strongly believe negative reviews are because of few senior doctors that have less patience and preferred surgery for earning money, but Dr Natasha is full of patience, caring and prefer normal delivery for good health of patience. I recommend the hospital and doctor. Advice: Always carry aadhar card copies as they don't have printer in hospital. Always carry cash as there is no online payment mode available. Try to save money from lower staff because they ask for tip after delivery. Management is trying to control it but getting failed because people also give tips when they are happy. But it shouldn't be there. Get checkup for pragnent lady by Dr Natasha only.

Worst service ....uneducated and inexperienced staff ......Keeps moving patients from top to bottom for online payment...worst worst worst
