Yesterday, my mom visited their hospital for a knee checkup. It was a very bad experience, as it seemed they were only focused on making money. After the checkup, they handed us a bill of approximately 15,000 rupees, claiming everything was normal, However, my mom had informed them that she didn't have any thyroid problem, so why they forcefully checked her for that and prescribed a three-month supply of medicine. The doctor even assured her that she would be okay in just 15-20 days. Than why three month medicine ??? At the medical counter, the counter boy received a call and asked my mom's name. The call was from the doctor and not related to billing. They then added two injections, charging 3,000 rupees per injection. Moreover, the doctor's behavior was also very bad. Due to these issues and many more, I am giving them zero stars in my review. need a gabbar to visit their hospital .....

My mother was suffering from spinal and neck pain then I met Dr Girish Gupta sir and he diagnosed the problems and explained us properly. My mother needed surgery and It was done by Dr Girish Gupta sir. We are so happy that my mother is absolutely fine and now she can walk properly just because of Dr Girish sir Thank you so much

My friend farook shaikh was injured due to accident during fall of wall he was traumatized . He got Trauma of spine and fracture of spine suddenly he was taken to Dr girish Gupta sir for treatment and opretion was done and he is fine and can walk properly I AM SO HAPPY that my friend got cured by Dr Girish Gupta Sir Thank you so much hospital staff is so good and took good care of my frnd

Bad experience.... administrative staff lacks knowledge, clarity and managerial skills... I took one uneducated, hence highly dependent person from ews who got stroke due to high blood pressure....even before telling the lady on reception about that the person should be admitted on ayushman card and I am helping him by the expenses not otherwise covered and by my time....they admitted him in ICU...then after testing blood dugar and BP...told me that ayushman card in this hospital doesn't cover stroke...(though I am not sure why they don't cover this)....charged me some amount...and importantly wasted my time....and most importantly patient's time in such a condition.... Then took took that person to MY Hospital.... Would recommend anybody who is helping some poor person in his/her emergency situation directly goto MY Hospital... Thanks

Very bad Management. Doctor of orthopedic comes and goes to OT at 12 and come at after 3 PM Patient are waiting from 11 AM and have to wait till 3 hour or sometimes more than 5 hours also Those who have relation with doctor or with staff have priority to see "ye sirf dikhane aye hai" Whether he is gold medalist but should treat Patient first who came since morning. Admitted Patients can wait if they are not serious enough. Who have surgeries doctor can give them the time so that others should not suffer.

I was having lower back pain since 5 months. Dr. Girish Gupta sir caught the problem very quickly. And the physiotherapy center inside the hospital is really good.

My name is Bhagat Singh, I had an accident two months ago in which the bone of my hand broke. I showed it to Dr. Girish sir, he operated on my hand. Now my hand is completely out of the way. Thank you Dr and all RK staff.
