R K Fitness - Fitness center in Bamleshwari Colony, Durg - Durg, India

So I've been going to this gym since a month now and already seeing changes in my energy levels and body weight. Honestly while i was searching for gyms i was looking for proper ventilation, atmosphere and the cardio section and this was the only gym in the town which was having everything perfect. Its environment pushes you to do more and more each day. Also, the trainers are helpful

I highly recommend this gym because of various reasons- 1. It has all great range of equipments with excellent quality 2. The gym is very spacious and has many floors depending upon type of workout. 3. I was personally trained by Manish ji and got excellent results within just two months. One unique quality for which I highly recommend him is that he prefers more manual and natural workout instead of relying much on machines. I am truly thankful to him and best wishes for future prospects.

Gym is equipped with every kind of instruments, environment inside gym is so comfortable and energetic, staffs are well trained and friendly. Definitely one of the best gyms in twin city.

The best facility I have ever been to. From beginners to pro level it caters to all requirements. All equipments are very well maintained with a good variety available for isolated exercises. The staff is very friendly. Do watch out for the amazing Saturday Cross fit session.

R. K. Fitness knows how to make you burn calories and build muscle! It is really amazing to get a better shape than even what you hoped for. Training in the fitness center are always rejuvenating! Great for all levels, the fitness center always takes the time to make sure you do the exercises well so you don't get hurt and will make sure you push your limits whatever they may be! R. R K Fitness gym is very spacious which is spread out in 3 floors.Each floor has different sections comprising weight training floor ,cardio floor and cross fit floor as well. Trainers are very helpful and explain about each workout in depth.Special workout of cross fit on Saturday by Manish Sir is the most recommended workout.
