R.K. Diagnostix - Medical laboratory in Mira Bhayandar - Palghar, India

After series of takeover SRL->Agilus the management is gone from bad to worst. No hygiene followed when taking blood samples. They do not wear gloves and we have to ask them to wear gloves.

This center is now known as SRL diagnostix. They have updated their payment policies and they are not patient friendly. Very disappointed. Unprofessional staff at the reception. Patient will have to realy struggle to get through the formalities.

Staff behaviour is no good but Dr is best

Today I visited The poonam garden road branch.. it's a small blood collection branch. The lady sitting there poached me the needles for 3 times and she was unsuccessful to remove blood. She was. Looking like a very new under training on poaching for 3rd time I told her finally not to poach any more as that was hurting me.like.hell. i think rk diagnostic shud keep some trained staff

No cooperation from the staff. People give bribe to do their test first. You have to wait unnecessary for longer period of time. Never try going here even if u stay near by

Had a very bad experience. The radiologist so was rude and unprofessional. He spoilt the experience of first sonography of our pregnancy. Also appointment means nothing we had to wait for 2 hours bcoz they had other patients and radiologist was busy somewhere else.

I am stand at Bhayander Navghar road branch no one is present from 7am for sugar test Mr Arvind came at 7:10am and said that clinic will open 8am and Mr Arvind is a third class man as he speaks arrugently. Dr Jaywant Patil request you don't suggest next time for this institute In respect Dr. Jaywant Patil Sir i am I am taking the complainant back and sorry for any heart

Been using their services from last 4years, extremely polite and helpful staff. Clean and well maintained premises. Parking available nearby. RTPCR test done here and reports are same day by evening on mail and hard copy available next day. Highly recommended.
