Small rooms and need to maintain hygiene. No hot water or parking. Though they provide a heater on request

This place is very near to beach it's will be very refreshing anytime and all rooms has AC one negative thing is u can't leave behind sand to room.. Food is also good recommended for friends. Space for car parking is very less you can easily park your two wheeler. Staff behavior is good overall a good place to hangout

It is a very nice location. The sea view is awesome. The rooms can be a bit well maintained, but overall we enjoyed the stay. We stayed for a day. We were there on Thursday so the crowd was a bit less. Weekends may not be a good time to visit for families as it can get crowded. The place is accessible by car. There is a paid parking facility available although it's small.

Been there for lunch and the lunch was really good, especially the sea food. The whole ambience with the music, beach, sunset and drinks make it a perfect visit. More like a place for youngsters to hangout. The beach near is not overcrowded in the month of Jan. The approach roads are pretty narrow, but overall a great experience to have a peaceful and good time!

Very nice place and just in front of the beach. Rooms are good but gets dirty very quickly due to sand. The food was very tasty and delicious. Especially pakoda and Gobi Manchuria. Staff are very good ND they are kind enough to give extended time for check out as we had train booking in the evening and we were family with kids. The breakfast was not available as the restaurant started the day when we checked in. Having said that there are scopes to improvise overall experience by providing small play area, lighting and in-house two wheeler rental and pickup/drop. We really enjoyed the stay, food, beach etc. Thanks to the supervisor who is kind enough to get the sand play items for kids. .

We booked based upon the nice pictures. When we opened the rooms it was exactly the opposite. The only best part was the location of the cottage. It is right on the beach. The maintenance of the rooms and toilets is pathetic. They are dirty. Not a single rod to even hang the towel or clothes in bathrooms. No hot water at all. Towels were provided at 10 PM after reminding many times. No water bottles provided. They have later, but charged for it. The dinner venue is good but too loud music. When asked to reduce the sound after few requests also it was not honoured by owner. Owner was rude and mentioned that we do not give it to senior citizens due to this. For couple of rooms the door did not close from inside. So the maintenance staff had to repair it at 11 PM. 3-4 rooms have same locks and keys ... So security is major issue .. Overall a bad experience for all our 6 families. Other than the location everything will be rated as poor including the attitude of the owner himself.

Kudle beach, good beachside view rooms. Worth for money. Serene location
