Very bad experience . nurse behavior was very bad talking rudely. using bad words. my first time experience and 2nd time was very very bad.i can't imagine.doctors also not available at all time.they're busy on the private chamber.. need Improvement . thanks

It is only Single Hospital in this area. Being a State General Hospital there is lots of facilities unavailable. There is not proper timing of a doctor. When you ask when the Doctor will come or in which part of area the doctor will sit to see a patient's then the authorities have no idea . It needs A LOTS OF DEVELOPMENT because anything happens HERE they directly refer them to the other places.

I heard there only few Dr if there if Dr why can they hire more Dr, when a woman goes to a labor room for giving birth they don't even come. They said no Dr yet only few nurse comes and they even don't know what to do.and there is no phone number of this hospital the number they have can't work.can someone provide me a main phone number?

Although it is a State General Hospital but it has lots of deficiencies. It is situated at a location where one has to travel through the dusty town of Birpara, moreover the railway gate at most of the time creates conjestion of traffic, even the ambulances carrying severe patients comes at a dead stop.The hospital has a good infrastructure but a few number of doctors are available. The OT seldom operates. The X Ray, MRI and other pathological tests etc.have to be done in private centres, the hospital does not provide these. Again there is a tendency of referring patients to Siliguri now and often, which is about 110 km far and not affordable for poor peoples.

This place is improving.. Yes the service is getting better. Lighting is good. Parking area is wide. Medicine shops are nearby. There is a canteen also outside

This is the biggest hospital of alipurduar. It has some new facilities,like blood bank,new born baby care center. Its a good hospital for cheakups

Dirty place, not maintained. Good doctors but not clean at all.
