Good multispeciality Hospital. Good location and has easy access. Clean surrounding, parking space, Toilets and common area. Counter workers/receptionists behaviour towards the customer need to be addressed regularly. Often they think themselves to be superior then the doctors or hospital itself. They should be polite to all types of customers and answer all their queries and doubts without getting irritated. After all their salary come from the pockets of these patients only.

Very good place, likely to get more facilities upgradation soon. Very good young doctors like Dr. Ayondyuti Bora and Dr. Arnab paul. They are very friendly and polite. Even during midnight whenever there was urgent requirement of oxygen for a relative, staffs present on night duty where very helpfull and provided the immediately.
I had my uncle admitted here for about 3-4 hrs due to a paralytic stroke,
where they said that the patient needs a 24 hrs observation . But after some time the doctor came to us and very innocently said that his treatment isn't possible out here and he needs to be shifted to dibrugarh, the reason being this was stated that no specialist was available there . Now, all of us just skipped the process of understanding that why did they just do all those unnecessary tests if they had to say at last that there is no specialist available!! So, from my experience, I would suggest that plz don't waste ur money and time visiting here instead just go to the speciality departments. And, for preliminary cure a nearby city hospital would be the best choice to be opted.

Pathetic service. The reception is not responsive to the urgency of the matter. They operate only to acquire money. There is no concern for patients' mental or physical condition. Not professional at all.
