Beyond question this is the best gym in Mysore. A spacious gym with highly equipped equipments and and a very well maintained total infrastructure out of standards. And the trainers are very friendly Mr. David Sir, Mr. Santhosh , Mr. Ravi and the entire Evolve team is just excellent. They are very knowledgeable in terms of workouts as well as diet planning. It's been 7 months I'm training under here for my weight gain program and almost 14 kg I have gained with proper training , well planned diet routine and dedication. Thank you Ravi and Santhosh for motivating me and optimising my fitness level to the best one. There are lot of other sessions for your own choice. It's really pleasure to work here. In Mysore I would say this is the best gym I have come across in terms of hygiene, equipment, infrastructure and trainer(David, Ravi, Santosh) . Trainer are highly motivative and spent time with each individuals and plan a better diet plan. You will start to see changes to physique in a month if your regular and follow there diet plan. Well When it comes to exercise motivation, environment matters so that is evolve especially for girls my experience in evolve was wonderful journey I joined to gain weight, in 3 months i gained 8kg and i would like to thank Santosh sir my trainer and David Noel sir, who planned me a proper diet. Everybody thinks that we go to gym only to maintain fitness but there's soo many benefits out of it i really felt refreshing and it boosted up my confidence each and every day ,it not only helps to maintain physical health but also mental health.when talking about gym it has highly equipped equipments overall cleanliness and maintenance is good and for girls it's a perfect place to workout so, girls just go for it ...

Best Gym in the nearby area,I am a permanent member of this Gym from December 2017. it has a lot of space ,which makes this place better if you compare it to other gyms . They have skilled trainers who will take care of your exercise routines , you will have to just follow them.

Very good and hygienic gym with good supporting trainers for both Men and Women. The training will be given upto our maximum strength and power.
