We visited Quintin Enclave, a group of four (Family), and I have to say the welcome was really warm. The staff there was extremely cordial, very helpful with everything. Location is very good (3 mins from Police Bazar) and also rooms are very good.

The room is nice although little small for four people. The washroom definitely needs ventilation and proper drainage. Because it makes the whole room stink. The property is old, and needs some renovation. Though, the location is absolutely amazing.

The room was not clean at all the blankets and pillows were dirty and full of dust .our family all of them had dust allergy including my small baby .cleanliness of the room is requires there was spider web in the lights and dust all around which was clearly visible. Room was beautiful but clealiness and maintainance was zero.please ensure that before booking a room there make a call and let them clean the room and then do booking .thank you
We had booked the place for 3nights. The two family rooms had bunk beds. I guess that is good only for the winter times as during our stay we weren't comfortable as it was very hot and there was no fan near the upper bunks. The caretaker kept asking to make no noise and lower the tv volume after 10 pm as it was a residential area and said they had to wake up early.. but since we had children with us who didn't want to turn off the tv and sleep early it turned out to be a problem for us. What actually disappointed me was that although we had checked in late evening, one of the washrooms was still not done. The basin was absolutely filthy with food stains all over. We informed the owner about it and despite promising to get it cleaned by the next morning....he didn't send anyone during the entire stay. This came across as a very unprofessional behaviour. Other than that ..the rooms and washrooms are spacious. the place is situated at a very close proximity to police bazar and is also budget friendly for families.
