Bad experience, they wont care customers talk. Wont hear customers and says bargaining and all.. . Worst service .. i have booked ticket with many agency... But this agency is money makers and they dont care customers... They talk about now ban and all.... Making us stupid... As if we dont know. Dont beleive them frankly. .. Poor service.. no respect for customers words dont blindly depend on them .

They don't care if our visa gets rejected or passport is not verified but they will ask for more money (dont know if it's commission) and book garbage lot of air tickets. They don't care anything. Guys please don't trust these people and get trapped.
When i called them said and my need , they said bargaining . They wont help me . Bad customer service...and says now everything is bad we cant help...what kinda customer service is this.. They think they are the only one in market.. dont believe ther words.
