Good room,service not that good.staffs also average

There was electrical issue in my room which was causing AC and lights to switch off (listen to the attached video with sound)...hotel did not provide us different room even after complaining multiple times...had to stay there with fear of short circuit overnight...horrible guest experience. Edit after hotel response: We had 4 rooms booked on the same night as this incident happened. None of the other rooms reported electrical fluctuations, hence don't put it on KSEB for your faulty electrical works. Instead of giving alternate room that night you people are calling me to delete this post.

Misbihaving Bar staff.Dirty Bar.Un professional management.Each and every staff are very rude mannerd.They are angry when we asks our bill copy after payment. No way .... The very Un Professional AC Bar in Kerala..., no good Bath room....Highly priced according to other bars, even at Calicut Corporation area .!!!!! Rude staff after three years ...... Quit this Urogent Bar....

It is near to vadakara railwaystation ( 400m) Rooms are spacious and all the amenities were provided to us. But the way in which securityguard deals with customers is not that good. At the entrance itself Bar is located. There was no separate gate for entry. Entry gate is congested. No ample parking space. Food and room service was ok.

We stayed at Queens for a day and we had a comfortable experience there. Renovation is going on but still they didn't give any chance for complaints. Room was clean n tidy. Bedding was too good, they provided extra sheets. Main point was that they provided hot water to drink throughout the stay and even enquired at times coming personally to ask if we needed any assistance. Thankyou.

One of the oldest hotel in town, recently renovated. Rooms are good and affordable.

Pros: good location, walking distance from the train station, and the town center, very close to many local shops. The staff is nice and courteous. Cons: The room we got was moldy and smelled strongly of mildew. There was no hot water in the shower and the bathroom was old and unpleasant. There was commotion on the roof till midnight. The hotel didn't offer wifi. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but when we asked for breakfast we were told our booking did not include it.

We stayed in an AC room and a suite room. The suite room is ok but the AC room is really outdated, the mattress is hard and old. Our room was near the kitchen and we couldn't sleep well because of the noises. Also the cleanliness is questionable. Don't think it's value for money.
