The place is decent enough, rooms are also okayish. But the problem is that they are a bit small as for the price tag that they come with. 2k+ per room is not what it's worth. The views are now obstructed by a construction on the other side of the building. Additionally, their kitchen offers basic food like Maggi only. I had to get packed food from outside because I was travelling with my nephew and they refused to offer plates saying we should get it from the place we ordered food. They only came up with plates when we ordered Maggi for ourselves. The manager's behaviour is good, but again overall service is not upto the standards. There's hardly any ventilation in the rooms. Bottomline is, this place shouldn't come with the price tag it is listed online.
Very bad attitude of the Manager, rooms are not good at all. We booked for 3 days and they asked to pay for whole money in advance. We checked out in 1 day and found better option. Not recommended.
The staff were very good specially Mr Arya very nice guy. The rooms are very confortable and near to main market with good view. We would definitely recommended this hotel
I stayed in this hotel for one night, rooms are good, neat and clean, price is decent. Staffs are very supportive. From room 106 you will get the clear view of mountains. Location of hotel is also good. Overall very nice experience.
One of the best place to stay in Ranikhet. The staff is so polite. The parking space is available opposite to the hotel if the area is vacant. The cleanliness is what impressed me. The rooms are decent enough for the tarrif I paid. The basic snacks are available with the hotel like tea, coffee, porridge , butter toast , eggs and nearby there is a restaurant for heavy meals. Lovely view I got today of Himalayas. Value for money.

The first thing you have to know that you have to book the top-of-the-line deluxe room if you plan on staying at this place. it's the only one that offers a good view of the mountains. The other room that offers a "partial" view is literally that. Service is fine, people are friendly. No restaurant in the hotel, but they can get you food from the one next door. Parking is on the road, which is something to be kept in mind if you plan on coming in a big car.
