Worst experience with Queens emporium. We have booked the long necklace as in picture 1. As it was damaged we couriered them back to get repaired after speaking to Queens emporium. Later I thought to refine the long necklace by removal of few beads as in Picture 2. Once we changed the pattern of long chain there was change in weight, where the weight reduced more. That was fine for me. I enquired them many times, how much does it cost for changed product picture 2, they told we will tell you once done. But after few days they were just asking me to send address to do final deliver without letting us know the price. But as weight reduced also , price they didn't reduce. What is this logic. Price should be according to weight. This is called as trusted business???? Have some loyalty in online business. We trust you guys and book the products. This is what you do.

I had purchased their wedding jewellery 10 yrs back and they took it back for a good reselling price and I bought other jewels but a lady staffs behavior was obnoxious, she held the tray away from us and asked me to see from where I was and refused to keep it nearer. kept giving instruction on how to wear it (In a very irritable tone and facial gestures) so that it doesn't get broken and in a nut shell a very bad ,bitter shopping experience. Iam so used to getting stuffs from hyderabd and other shops in cross cut road with excellent customer service and I was shocked to see this behavior still prevalent at some shops.
