Decent Hotel in Kochi.... Hotel Receptionist Mr Fahis and Dencen are good co operative people I say to Tq both.. They are Honestly doing good job..

Good room facility with affordable rate in very close to city.

I have good experience at qube hotel , reception staff is good bcoz they talking friendly to all guests and housekeeping was bad,near metro station and railway station easy to travel,menu card is also there in room for food booking.

Good excellent and decent room neatly maintained and staff are too good we came from hyderabad stayed in qube hotel its near to station service by staff is really excellent very polite and well behaved staff both day and night staff (Mr. Anees & Ms. Anjali ) are too polite and soft spoken guys.. i highly recommend ths hotel to all.. Keep it up good going God bless you team....

Disappointing Stay, Overpriced and Unsatisfactory I must say it was a big disappointment. Not only was the hotel heavily priced, but it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The hotel's location near the railway station initially seemed convenient, but that was overshadowed by the many issues I encountered during my stay. The high price I paid for two rooms was completely unjustified considering the poor quality and the lack of essential amenities. The problems began with a delayed check-in process, and things only went downhill from there. The condition of the rooms was appalling, with stained walls, peeling paint, and no tables for convenience. The air conditioning was faulty, the bed sheets were stained, and there were broken lights. Even the doors, door frames, and floors were worn-out and damaged. The curtains were dirty, and the switchboard was also in a bad state. It was clear that the hotel had not invested in proper maintenance. What's worse, when I complained, I was informed that the owner had been aware of these issues for months but had shown no intention of addressing them. The staff, while polite, were unable to offer any solutions, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying here. The hotel is overpriced and does not deliver the expected level of comfort and quality. Save yourself the disappointment and look for alternative accommodations that offer better value for your money.

Nice experience...faculties and services was awesome...they also provide assistance to food delivery from nearby hotels....loved it
