Nice and decent place to have good lunch. Visited this place along with my peers. Ambience is decent, food tasted good and service is nice. They have equal number of varieties or options for both vegetarians and non-vegeterians. Starters, desserts are the highlight. They have a total capacity of 50-70 so it would be better to book a table. Flip side is mutton biryani was not cooked properly and we spotted a cockroach in one of the salad plates which they immediately removed. Without these issues I would have rated it more. Hope they will see such instances do not occur again.
Dussehra one of the most important festivals of India and every region/family/community has its own way of celebrating it. Nevertheless, that one region we always look (at least me) at Dussehra/Navaratri festivities is Bengal for the reason it has got a tradition of 10days 9 nights of piety and grandeur. While the cities are prepping up for this festive season, restaurants even started to celebrate it much in advance. Siesta Hitech, known for its food festivals and festive food, is currently running "Bengali Food Festival " in dinners till Sep22nd priced at 1399INR and a lazy bird offer of 950INR featuring most common and popular festive delicacies like #SorsheBataIllish #BeguniChop #MacharCutlet #KhasirMangshorRizala, #vegetablechop #MacherMathaDiyerMoongDal #Sukto #Luchi #RadhaBallabhi #NarkelLaddu #GurerSandesh, #NarkelLadu, #GurerPayasam, #MistiDoi and a live counter making rolls. My experience with the spread turned out good and felt the price justified. As the bookings getting full, management is planning for both lunch & dinner for the coming weekend. So don't be late and do your reservation today .! #noeditpictures #dussehra #foodfestival #bengalifoodfestival #siesta #hyderabad #hyderabadi #food #foodie #foodenthusiast #culinaryenthusiast #alpha #kondapur #itsallaboutfood #lovefoodhatewaste #eatresponsibly #blogger #hyderabadblogger #annadathasukhibhava ClickEatXploreYo #LiveCEXY
Bengali Food Festival 2023: This place was called Hotel Siesta before Covid and really enjoyed the Bengali Festival hosted there. There was overflowing crowd and great atmosphere with Bengali songs, etc, but this time it was all missing. In fact a pre booking call raised suspicion that it was not working good and a visit only confirmed that. Almost no one was there. There was a board announcing the festival, a bengali speaking waiter, but that was it. Some of the promised menu items were not there as well. However, service was great and friendly. Food was nowhere close to authentic Bengali dish. The best dish that I liked was what they called Fish Orly, but it was not Fish Orly, it was a Fish fry, but was crispy and tasted good. Hisla fish was a disaster. They got some microscopic fish maybe weighing 500 gm overall and it was full of bones. They called it sorshe ilish, but there was no pungent smell of sorshe. Sweets (tasted pretty well) were outsourced from Kolkata House nearby, a place famous for authentic Bengali dishes, but equally famous for extremely unhygienic conditions full of rats and cockroaches. I suspect some of the food is also outsourced from the same place, because I got a similar acidic reaction next day in the bathroom. Kolkata biriyani is nowhere close to what it is, none of that aroma was present. In short compared to the tariff of Rs 1299 per person it was a disaster. Will never visit again and strongly advise you against it.
FoodKlicks at Qube Cafe Hotel Siesta #KashmiriFoodFestival #upto4thMarch #EarlyBird Rs. 650 Kashmiri Food Festival is in full swing at Siesta Hitech, Kondapur. A couple of days back was invited here to try the delicacies of the fest. The spread was pretty good. (Attaching a sample menu). The dishes we tried were #TabakMaaz, perfectly cooked big chunks of juicy Mutton Ribs, #LyodurKukurKabab, very tender chicken morsels, #TsamanWarimasalaTikka, nice paneer tikka, #RajmaKabab, rajma is an indispensable part of Kashmiri cuisine and kabab did full justice to it, #KashmiriGadhTikka was moist and soft fish tikka. #HedarKanti, beautiful mushroom tikka. So after having the succulent Tabak Maaz, I was looking up to a great main course. Here we go, #MethiTsaman, methi based paneer curry. #Gushtaba, small mutton meatballs cooked in a white gravy. #GadhMujh was fish cooked with radish, a very new combination for me and I liked it. #KashmiriDumAloo, baby potatoes cooked in a flavorful gravy. #NadruYakhni, nadru or lotus stem which is being extensively used now at lots of places for preparing a variety of dishes from Galouti Kabab to Crispy Lotus stems have been an integral part of Kashmiri Food which was served here as very mildly spiced Nadru Yakhni. #MaazWazaPulao, dishes like this refresh the palate especially when Biryani has taken all over, long grained rice with savory masala, succulent meat chunks, very nice. Desserts, although not very Kashmiri, included #Rasmalai #KashmiriPhirni, #KhubaniKaMeetha, MoongDaalHalwa, #Pastries, #CaramelPudding and much more. The normal pricing is Rs. 900 plus taxes per head. Whereas early bird price is Rs. 650 all incl. per head. The early bird pricing is really a very good deal to go and try all these delicacies. The dishes mentioned above are not all but just a part of the spread. ~By Invite
We three friends went for buffet. After searching in Google and going through Google reviews expected it will be good. But it's a disaster. Food taste - 0/5 Desserts - 0/5 For veggies - 0/5 Non veggies - -1/5 Ambience -1/5 Service -1/5 Parking -1/5 Disappointed of food taste not even one item is gud and tasty. Just wasted our time and mood. Don't consider this place if ur planning for a gud buffet.
Today we went there for dinner.Did the prior booking and got the deal in nearbuy,so it cost us around 550rs per person. Went there got seat as it was not full. Starting with the soup and starter Soup was red bean soup-too much sugar was there in the soup, wasn't edible i would say.Even the croutons they have kept was not at all crunchy. Starters were - gobi 65,cabbage pakoda and beet root tikki. All were cold and bad in taste. Coming to the main course- capsicum dry ,corn and capsicum, mutter paneer, bhindi fry-I don't know y tht much of capsicum in menu, main course was just OK. rice- they have tomato rice,biryani,sambar- i didnt like the taste of biryani and sambar Altast desserts ,which every one wait to have- i tried cheese cake ,custard ,icecream, fruits, icrecream and fruits were ok but custard and cheese cake were not at all good. After one spoon i wasnt able to gulp both. Overall our experience was very bad and it was not at all worth of tht much of money. Won't be visiting here again.
I am not much of reviewer but here is my take on the food over there salads over there really outstanding compared to all other dishes The next best I had are chicken dum biryani, Andhra chicken curry, went very well with butter naan The rest of the items were good, except for the few starters which I felt on saltier side The kiwi delight mock tail something that kept on drinking during entire lunch. Happy not to waste anything on plate #stopfoodwastage #foodiesworld
Siesta hotel's restaurant. 1.Tasty food,Desserts and starters are highlights. 2.Well mannered staff. 3.Worthy price. 4.Parking should be improved. 5. Candle light dining. 6. Ambience is calm and pleasant. 7. Ice cream stoner of average. 8.hotel is noticeable from road but Qube restaurant boards are mostly inside of the hotel.
