Pathetic experience. They are only for money, no customer satisfaction. Had to request for a different masseuse as Ms.Ratan was simply terrible in service. The next masseuse was in a rush. So just wasted inr 7500 today at Quan spa, JW, Juhu.

Me and my wife were excited to visit the Quan Spa at the JW Marriot Mumbai Juhu hotel. The place is very tranquil and an awesome time for relaxing and for a spa treatment.
The massage therapists Rattan and Lobilo were very friendly and professional and very courteous. Since this was our first time in the Quan Spa, they have made the experience at the SPA very worthwhile. We recommend all who have the opportunity to try this out.

Was extremely good and really helped reduce the backache that I had gone with. Access to steam and warm jacuzzi as well were included in the spa. They also have packages for massage treatment with body scrubs etc and options for facials as well. Very clean and thoroughly professional.
