Disappointing Service Experience - Hotel Park Restaurant My recent experience at Hotel Park Restaurant left much to be desired. While the food was good, the behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing, to say the least. We arrived at the restaurant a little late for dinner, around 9:42 PM, understanding that most restaurants in Puri close by 10 PM. Many people were already enjoying their meals when we placed our order. Unfortunately, the staff took around 7 to 10 minutes to bring our order. While we were eating and had barely taken a few bites, a staff member approached us and rudely asked us to eat quickly and finish our meal. This behavior was disrespectful and completely unacceptable. It not only ruined our dining experience but also left us feeling extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable dining experience. I kindly request the manager to take immediate action regarding such behavior from the staff this is unacceptable behavior. It is essential to address and rectify such instances to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all customers. This kind of treatment should not be tolerated.

Firstly, the restaurant located at the beach . You can enjoy watching the waves. But there is only window area facing towards the sea. Food was simply amazing. I had a veg soup and a plate of biryani. It's not so modern looking restaurant, small (dining area) and boring, non AC . Their service is a bit sluggish. Waiting time is longer.

Nice restaurant. You can eat while counting waves. Excellent view from table.Outdsiders can eat also. Food quality very good and price is more than reasonable.

Original name of this restaurant is " Quality Restaurant " Puri (Hotel Park Puri Ground Floor) but formally, people know that the Name of this restaurant "Hotel Park Restaurant". According to my opinion, this is the best restaurant near Swargadwar Puri. Rates are affordable and neat and clean restaurant. Dishes are very tasty.

Wosrt Chicken biryani I ever had here service is very poor, staffs are rude and arrogance. Not recommended at all

Hotel park is such a hotel I would prefer to stay in beach than the hotel.rooms contains special rats which will give you a fear ful experience.the staff will only come to you to ask for the tip else you would not get them .they will not let u sleep before you tip them .rather it should get 0star or in negative marking .

Very good, pocket friendly indian food restaurant near sworgodwar beach, just by the main road. Food quality and quantity was good. Only problem we faced was that they use less salt in every dish. I did not like the rice quality either. This is a sea facing non ac restaurant. You can enjoy your meal while watching the sea waves from the window of the restaurant. Behaviour of the staffs are good.

The food , type of people and staff behaviour everything is superb.we had gone for lunch and had ordered rice mug dal alu posto pabda masala chingri masala pomfret fry and trust me everything was sooo sooo well cooked and spices all evenly balanced. Must try place when opting for good bengali food in Puri
