I was visiting a bunch of temples in Kumbakonam and was super stressed not having found a good hotel and then suddenly someone mentioned about Quality Inn, so we went in super tired and stressed, unsure about the quality. After seeing the space and the hospitality, we were beyond happy and relieved! The staff was impeccable with sensitivity and courtesy towards our needs. Readers if you ever think of a stay in the heart of Kumbakonam. I highly recommend everyone to stay in Quality Inn. Ria from Bangalore.
It was really a nice stay. Parking is the only hassle. The rooms are neat and clean but small. Food is really good and i like almost all the dishes I tried. Kids also enjoyed it but no swimming pool. This is a nice place to stay for a short trip. The location is also good and easily accessible.
House keeping conveniently forgot to clean the room on the second day. Also some of the things mentioned in the available need to be asked for and then they are given. When they know it is double occupancy- one dental kit is kept - other is given on asking. Btw, the restaurant below is non veg - so had to go out and have food.

Excellent location. Fine hospitality. Courteous service by Travel desk Staff. Especially by the trios MS.Anusuya, MS.Lavanya and MS.Poonam are worth mentioning. House keeping Manager and her Staff are also equally good. Ambiance all round are good. Restaurant serves excellent food with utmost courtesy. We enjoyed the stay equivalent to the Radisson.
