One of the best blood test centre in Dindigul. Many different doctors advice to take test here. All kind of blood test are taken here Results are given in time. Payment to be made immediately before test Cash only system for payment If you request to send the results to hospital they will send it without extra cost. If you need the test results in pdf format(scanned) please do not go with this center. They made us wait for long time. We gave the test in the morning and travelled to chennai to catch our flight. We were promised that we will be receiving the results in 4hours which did not happen. When we asked we have been asked to come and collect the result from the center in person. We clearly stated them at the time of giving our sample that we need the results by email or via WhatsApp. And gave our details. After calling several times a lady was saying she does not know how to send the report scanned and send through email and we received very unclear photos of our test results. Again we had to call up to tell this format will not be accepted in the airport. Finally somebody scanned properly and sent. We were supposed to fly in couple of hours. We faced so much stress due to this.
This is the review about lab in Dindigul. The testings are fine. But the staffs are very pathetic and set loose. Atleast, we expect some sort of discipline and experience, especially in a testing facility. The only way to improve the centre is just change the staffs
VERY IRRESPONSIBLE & I had a WORST experience with DINDIGUL QUALITY CARE ,I gave RT PCR TEST yesterday ,after five hours we made a phone call & asked for report , a lady in that lab reported me negative, but on the next day I received a call from my area panchayat saying report as positive , is it the way a reputed lab behaves with customers

Very worst response from staff. Called 10 times for knowing the test result. Every time they ask to call after 1 hour or 2 hours. It's been 2 days. Not known the result yet. What's the purpose of the test then
Their branch in Chinnalapatti is one of the worst, for simple tests as well they take more than a day and even in that, they give excuses to come later. Don't even bother to step in.
