To be honest There are all the sufficient equipment for strength training. And in Cardio section there are five machines 3Treadmill 2cross trainer 1 Air bike ______ All the people there are friendly and also guide you if any mistakes done.. The price is also reasonable for the equipment they provide. The space is not very congested but also not very free. I personally like this gym.. I didn't get any problem since I've joined.. If your thinking of joining a gym in Tirupati Then you must consider this Quadz gym

This is a great gym. It has a lot of specialised machines and also a large range of free weights. The trainers and staff are very knowledgeable and motivating. The gym can be a bit crowded during the peak hours but it is very calm during the off peak hours. It is a great place to start your fitness journey.
