Purchased an LG television during a festive season (2022 onam) from QRS kottarakkara claim as an IPS panel TV by QRS executive (they showed a displayed tv with IPS panel at the time of purchase). After using the TV I found the panel is not performing like an IPS. Just call the executive and he claimed that it is an IPS panel. As an average earner I choosed IPS panel because it is reliable and great for my purpose because IPS can deliver great viewing angles. After 1 year I had find some issues with the television and got replaced with a new television and it was a VA panel TV with pathetic quality.After having talk more than one with QRS kottarakkara LG India and LG service centre kottarakkara for long time the LG service centre claiming that LG had never made a television with IPS panel for this model. More than one month of wasting time I visited QRS and the manager RAMAN said that our executive who sold this made a mistake by claiming that it is an IPS panel TV. I found the same model TV after the incident in lot of stores in display with IPS panel. There are YouTube reviews available in internet as proof. I was a regular customer of QRS I will never recommend this outlet to any one. this is cheating displaying something great and delivering the customer cheap quality product.
My first purchases from QRS as they are the best. Great price for the Fridge, AC and Television we bought from them. Free delivery and delivered as arranged, so a really top class service. Good staff and prompt service Would go to them next time as well. Highly recommend.
