I had a slip disc and point pain in the back. Took 21 days session from QI Spine Jayanagar. I must say doctors don't know how to address the root of the problem and they kept changing doctors with random exercises asked to perform at home at regular intervals by different doctors. Don't get fooled with their fake testimonials and get blinded with the hype. Just didn't work for me. I request them to refund Rs.22k if they are loyal to the society.

I went to QI Spine Clinic(Jayanagar) with L4 - L5 disc bulge. All the orthopedic doctors suggested me for the surgery but in Jayanagar branch Dr.Shruthi Gowda gave me hopes that it can be cured without surgery. First of all, apologies for the extremely late post. Both me and my husband took this treatment in September 2021. I will share the individual experiences and some suggestions for improvement. The first visit was done with Dr. B. Mohandhariya where both me and my husband explained our issues in details. we decided to take the 11 sessions package and started the procedure from next day. My husband was assigned under Dr. B. Mohandhariya wherein I was assigned to Dr. Alvares Prajwal. After spending a week with Dr. Alvares Prajwal, I came to know that she wasn't made aware of my actual condition, of course Dr. B. Mohandhariya did not convey properly, and hence she was providing me with the generic treatments/exercises out of which a few were not even suitable for me. But I appreciate her patience and proactiveness, she is excellent at her work and she quickly helped me with the correct exercises which really helped in my condition. On the other hand, my husband was being treated by Dr. B. Mohandhariya and he was not given any proper care or attention. He was very disappointed to hear my experience with my doctor as his doctor was not paying any attention to his issues, he was providing just the generic treatments and even the basic exercises which I received from my doctor, were not completely shared with my husband by his doctor. In summary, it is true that the exercises that they teach you are going to make the muscles strong and will help the back pain in the long run. However, the cost is too high as compared to the services provided and not all the doctors are good there. They should remember not one shoe fits all. Different issues require different treatments. The doctors should clearly understand the patients' issues and communicate clearly if they are assigning them to a different doctor. I strongly recommend getting treated by Dr. Alvares Prajwal if you are planning to go for a treatment.

When I first arrived at QI Spine clinic, I couldn't sit, barely walk. I was skeptical cause I had been advised surgery from multiple surgeons. However, I chose to opt for conservative approach, mainly because I wanted to understand the cause and how the body reacts to it. I had cervical radiculopathy, (disc extrusion - stage 3). I was pleasantly surprised at how the leading consultant understood and explained my situation but above all rest assured that there is a road to recovery, long but complete recovery. I opted for an initial 12 session-package and was able to see results in just a week. Extremely grateful to Dr Kadambari for being patient enough and showing a clear path to recovery as well as gaining the lost strength back. My posture and core strength improved thereby giving my enough confidence to go back to my normal life. QI spine is not a temporary solution to your spine issue, but it's more than that.

I had a poor experience at a QI clinic and would not recommend it. My impression was that they prioritize making money over providing effective treatment. I received a call on September 25th from an executive who claimed that the first session was free. However, upon arriving for the session and receiving a consultation, I was then asked to make a payment(I ended up making half the payment). After the session, a front desk executive informed me that a time slot between 6 and 8 PM was free for therapy and gave me a contact center name to book an appointment. When I called, the experience was unpleasant. The second session was the following day, but the front office staff called me to make the payment again and were quite rude (this occurred at the Jayanagar Branch).This experience led me to believe that the clinic was more focused on making money than providing proper therapy. Guys trust me there many NGOs who are giving the same therapy and they do not demand money, I would suggest please visit NGOs so that they will get financial assistance and you will get good treatment.

Terrible service by QI Spine Clinic. My father has a herniated disc, and this clinic first refused service unless we paid for 12 sessions in one go, and after 3 sessions, they stopped giving us appointments with the doctor (Dr Chandrika) citing that she wasn't available. On top of that, the last time we visited, my father was asked to vacate a bed that he was lying on for 5 MINUTES waiting for a cab. Because of his disc issue, my father cannot sit on a chair for an extended period of time, and he was in extreme pain with the staff not caring about him at all. After getting the money at the beginning, they were no longer interested in caring for the patient. I don't give 1-star reviews lightly, but we have been severely mistreated by this clinic and do NOT recommend it in the slightest.
