I visited QI spine Powai clinic for my L4-L5 slip disc treatment in Dec'22. I remember I was in a bad shape physically and mentally as I had lost hope to be better again. I was treated under Dr. Shruti. She is quite a senior and a cordial doctor at Qi. I am in a desk job, so first step by step, she guided me to correct my postures for my day-to-day activities, she taught me ways to manage my lower back pain in sync with my regular sessions. Though my recovery was a bit slow but consistent. Initially I took thrice a week sessions then twice a week and now once a week. Today its been almost 10 months and I find myself going back to my regular routine gradually. Thanks Dr Shruti for listening to me everytime, I truly value your kind support and patience during my recovering journey.

Please be careful before you join Qi Spine programs. They hurt you more than curing and they charge you for that! Be careful as you join this program. My personal experience is not very rewarding. They will start your out on a program and then when you develop any further complications, they will simply call it as "flare ups" and put you on medication. I have become much better after stopping their program as it was worsening my condition. They will try to convince you to continue. I have paid the money and do not wish to continue further. They have refused any refund point blank. This update is to ensure that no one goes through what I am. Their sales team will chase you out. And when it comes to getting your money back because they are hurting you more than curing, they say they have strictly no refund policy. Sad but this has to see the consumer courts!

I visited this clinic in September with neck pain and the Dr Chaitanya was very helpful to me, she guide me very well with my neck problem. I recommended you to visit powai clinic if you have any of your back or neck problem. All staff are good very helpful.

These guys are very systematic and professional! They will ensure you show yourself up for every session - follow ups are really good. Doctors know your history most of the time, helpful, listen to your views and work out accordingly.

I am taking treatment at qi spine Powai with dr Prajna and dr Sai they have helped me alot with my exercises . I had back pain form 4 years and took soo many treatment but couldn't get better it was all temporary but after coming to qi with dr prajna I am all better and it's been 2 month pain did not relapse .. I trust the treatment and m thank full to dr prajna and all the staff helping me during the treatment .. regarding my treatment time Samar make sure I come and be consistent to my treatment always thank to all of you

I have worked with this clinic in the past as a patient counselor but today when I messaged to check if I can get the appointment for Saturday at 6.30 PM I was informed the clinic is only operational from 8-4 which is incorrect. The laungage that was used while chatting included "CHAL BE NIKAL" This Is What QI Spine Is And This Is How They Treat Their Patients. I Will Make Sure This Is Escalated To The Higher Authority As I Have The Screenshot Of The Chat Which includes Foul laungage used by them.

I am undergoing physiotherapy here for last 3 months now. I am under the onbservation of Dr. Prachi. She has been really understanding of my issue, and explains the issue and remedy in simiplified way. I started off with an issue with my lower back, first we worked on the posture correctment and then on core muscle strenghtning and mobility. Have really improved under her guidance. Will surely recommend.
