Qawwali Multi Cuisine - Family restaurant in Aluva - Ernakulam, India

I recently dined at Qawwali Multi Cuisine Restaurant in Kochi, and it was a delightful experience. The combination of delectable dishes and the serene view of the lake, accompanied by the fresh air, created a truly enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend for a picturesque dining experience!

Went there after seeing reviews by some food vloggers on social media. Extremely disappointed with the food. We ordered beef rib jallikket mandhi which they claim to be their highlight item and paalkappa. The paalkappa was alright, not too good but can't complain. The signature dish which is the jallikket mandhi though, oh my god was the worst choice I ever made till date. The masala was just too intense to the point it was unedible. They might get away with that by claiming taste is subjective or whatever but what about the raw meat. The beef was terrible. It was stronger than rubber. It's a total disgrace. The management should be ashamed and the vloggers who promoted this restaurant must be blocked from creating content that misleads. To make things worse, my friend had to be taken to the hospital the next day due to sever stomach ache. They can't claim that it might be from what we ate after cos none of us did. The one thing I could say positively for this place,The view was terrific. Go there to take pictures of the bridge and the island. That would make more sense than having food from this restaurant.

Food was good the famous jelikkettu mandi was just litt and we all loved it, but i feel little discomfort in cleaning it's because the place is too crowded and too busy to make hygiene properly but they try to do better.. I loved every things. They can accommodate more than 100 people on full streach.

Very crowded resturant with nice ambience. Waited for more than 30 min to serve our order after we were seated. First we ordered a chicken soup. Then We had quarter jellikket mandi seems to be over rated. It was good but i didnot feel anything special. We also ordered Honey chicken alfam along with additional mandi rice, i liked it, a veriety taste of sweet and spice. Then we ordered beef idichath it was very spicy yet taste like beef fry. And a fresh lime at last. And I didnot see a single malayali steward here. Overall price is at the higher side. Food is tasty, one of the best restaurants for family and friends to go in group. Have enough parking.

I visited your restaurant on 11 October 2023 9 P M . We ordered fish pollichathu, but after 45 minutes they served half cooked fish. It was not properly cooked. From the management side very poor behaviour... please make your staff more professional and cordial. WJ

Qawwali Multi Cuisine is one of the best restaurants in Thottumugham Aluva area filled with marvellous ambience and music. This place is overly crowded and getting a seat at night will be a herculean task. We need to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for the food. I recommend paal kappa, alfaham. The eatery can accommodate more than 200 people since it has an upper dining area, outside dining (near to river). However they need to increase the washroom area the toilets are not maintained (untidy toilets) and very less numbers of washroom available

Restaurant is situated at the side of Aluva Munnar Road in the banks of Periyar river. The place is usually crowded. Restaurant having a large area for dining. We had palkappa and AlFaham. Palkappa is the celebrated recipe in here. The taste was good. It is a one time try must try. Al Faham quantity was too small. Restaurant consist of an upper dining area in the banks of Periyar river where we can get a nice view of the river. Their customer service is good. Only thing to maintain and take more care in the wash basin area. The waiting time is little high but the staff will manage the customers in a very good way. Overall, the restaurant is worth a visit.

Paalkappa and beef ribs was better than expected. The mandi was average. The seating was quite good. Even though we visited when electricity issues were there- the staff managed it well and overall it was a solid 10/10
