Our stay at QSaina was an absolute delight. We were very much pleased by their service from the moment we entered. Staff & reception is very helpful, rooms are neat & clean, location is also good (nearest to MG Marg). Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely visit again.
Rooms are good. Located near market. Service very good. Staff is very helpful, Akhil and Galpo from reception are very friendly and polite. Amit the head chef is very nice cook, he takes care of guests and also caters any special food preparations, if requested. Hotel doesn't have its own parking area but there is government parking just few steps from hotel. In short ice experience, value for money, good for families. Would 100% recommend and hope to visit soon.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Qsaina and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern yet cozy feel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were soft and luxurious. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

We went on a family trip to Sikkim in the month of May and stayed in hotel Qsaina Gangtok which is 5 minutes walking distance from MG Marg. Had a wonderful experience at the hotel as their service was very warm and welcoming. The staff were ever ready to help us in many ways. Rooms are clean and comfortable.... We highly recommend this place to any one visiting Gangtok.
We are from Ahmedabad and we had the pleasure of staying at Qsaina the cosmos. We stayed for 4 days and we had an amazing time. We were also present at the mother's day celebration organized by the hotel staff. It made the day more special for our mothers. Talking about the food, it was simply amazing and best for vegetarians. Also, on our request, the chef cooked authentic Gujarati Khichdi, which was very yummy. We were pleased to have such tasty food on the trip. Finally, talking about the staff, they were supportive and cooperative. The service was very good. Overall, you made our trip easy and memorable.

I went to Gangtok with my family in the month of May 2023 and stayed in hotel Qsaina Gangtok. The hotel is just 50 M from MG marg. Had a wonderful experience at the hotel as their service was warm and welcoming. The Restaurant and food quality was excellent. Behaviour of the staff makes stay totally home atmosphere.
