Great food, but with a hint of rude behavior. Their freshly brewed beer feels like flavored water. It has no fizz or taste. Their starters and main courses are great. But the staff are too arrogant and unbecoming. I mentioned the problem in their beer, but the guy at the counter just turned his face with a smug smile and a scoffing remark that 'this is fresh beer'. The rest of the staff were just roaming around with no clue or interest in customers. During event nights, there is live singing. But it is apparently just loud screaming by an incompetent amateur over deafening music. The one good thing about the place are the BOGO offers and party deals on their app. So just stay at home and order food to your doorstep. No need to visit the place.

The fresh beer was bad. Food was decent. Service was fine too. We just had a glass each with pizza and left. The only saving grace was the live music which was fab by the way

Awesome atmosphere and manager/Unit Head was very sweet person. Live music was icing on the cake. Aromatic food with fresh beer. Three cheers to staff as well.

Electrifying atmosphere. They have live band along with DJ, sound, lighting and overall atmosphere is ideal for younger crowd looking for a night life in Shimla. They also have a micro brewery which serves fresh beer. Food quality is average not so good, seating arrangement is good enough, crowd is decent, don't have dancing floor as such but spacious with high chairs. Food ordering is app based which is a troublesome task during poor network connectivity.

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Food is stunning, both the Bar and Rooms awesome. Cocktails wow, wine great and lovely selection of beers. Love this place and will continue to visit. Also it's a Family safe place so visit and enjoy the food and beer and positivity around this place. Excellent beer. Fun atmosphere. and amazing design. It's fun to sit and listen to live local music.

Big thanks to Karan, his humble gesture and professionalism just won our heart. Now about the place; good ambience, musician and DJ were good, food is fine though they might not serve you what you ordered; however, you can sit there only if you are deaf, because the music is abnormally loud and if you are not deaf you'll become one. The manager was not at all understanding guests complaint on loud music and was ignoring them. Not just us, but many other guests were complaining that the music is way too loud but management refused to work on the complaint. The management must understand that if the walls and door glasses are thumping badly with this loud music and bass then what we as guest would be feeling. Our ears got numb and was feeling as if our heart will pop out and we had to leave in 15min. Many other people were also leaving as soon as they got the table only because the music was unbearably loud. This was our 2nd time at Pyramid but worst experience just because of loud music.

A nice place to hangout with your friends and family, has hookah and a brewery. Food is good, some items seemed very pricey. Overall had a good experience. Ambience : 4/5 Servicing : 4/5 Food : 4/5 Price: 3.5/5
