Dear Pyramid Club, I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to visit your club, and I wanted to provide some feedback on my experience. Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of service and the quality of the food that was provided. Firstly, the service was exceptionally slow, which made the overall dining experience quite frustrating. It seemed as though the team was either understaffed or not properly trained to handle the volume of customers. This resulted in long wait times and a lack of attention to our needs. Furthermore, the food quality was far from acceptable. The dishes we ordered were not prepared to the standard we expected. The ingredients seemed lackluster, and the overall taste was underwhelming. It was evident that the kitchen staff did not put much effort or care into the preparation of the meals. Additionally, I found the team to be quite irresponsible and unprofessional. There was a lack of attentiveness and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. It was disheartening to witness such behavior from a club that prides itself on providing a high level of service. I understand that every establishment can have off days, and I sincerely hope that this feedback helps you identify areas for improvement. I believe in giving second chances, and I am willing to revisit your club in the future if I see a genuine effort to rectify these issues. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Very nice bar and restaurant. Great hospitality. Food was so tasty. Great variety of liquor. Order directly from app while dine in. I loved the place. Will definitely visit again. Try Mojito cocktail. Free vallet parking. They have 4th and 5th floor. 4th floor is indoor and 5th floor is on open roof.

Very good service. Polite and humble staff. Mr. Amit Rawat attended us and he was very good.

Best place for the enjoyment and the quality of food is very good. The Service staff is really very nice. The behaviour of staff with guest is very decent and polite.

Very expensive. The food is not worth the price , taste is not that great for what they charge. Their chicken kebab was raw that I had to spit it out. Also the drinks seem to be diluted a lot. Service is poor, they dropped food on me and didn't even notice or apologize. They just kept running around. Only good thing is the atmosphere and the band.

If you're into experiencing poor service and being treated like an afterthought, this place is your golden ticket. Just when I thought they couldn't sink any lower, they managed to surprise me. Picture this: after parting with our hard-earned money, they had the audacity to shut down the air conditioner on our side while we were still gracing them with our presence. I guess their idea of customer satisfaction involves a heat endurance test. Kudos, Pyramid Ludhiana, for mastering the art of sarcasm and delivering an unforgettable lesson in how not to run a restaurant.
