As a concerned relative of a patient, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the unacceptable practices and lack of support that we have witnessed during our time at your facilit First and foremost, lack of support from the management staff and medical professionals. Instead of receiving the care and assistance that patients and their families require, we have encountered instances where we were asked to clean urinary bags and attend to patients experiencing vomiting. Such responsibilities fall well beyond the expectations and capabilities of family members who are already overwhelmed by their loved ones' conditions. This situation not only places an additional burden on the relatives but also raises serious questions about the hospital's commitment to patient care. Do not visit this hospital at all ..........
