PVS Sunrise Hospital , Calicut/Kozhikode - Hospital in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

I recently visited this hospital, and I was quite impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable during my stay.The location is also convenient, with easy access from major roads. Overall, I had a positive experience here.

I booked an appointment 1 week prior and when i went there with my son, they made me wait because they can't find his op file. We waited for a long time and they didn't find the file. Had to consult dr without any previous treatment records. Such a long wait time made my toddler cranky and he was hungry and crying. The behavior of the pharmacy staff is totally unprofessional. I had complete disappointment during this visit. I humbly request the management to rectify these shortcomings as we have to keep coming to the hospital.

I came here thru pristyn care.. Very thankful... for the treatment provided by the doctor from pristyn and PVS nursing staffs. The Hospital having a good environment. Behaviour of all hospital staff is really appreciable. Overall good experience.. and highly recommend. Dr. P Thrivikrama Rao(pristyn care) is excellent service and cooperation.. Thankyou very much sir...

The behavior of the staffs were friendly. The treatment was good too. But not in terms of time management. Made us wait there unnessecarily even when there were no rush in emergency.

Good treatment.. specially General surgeon Dr. Leah M.parel ma'am way of talking and behaviour with patients is very impressive. She knows very well hindi also.. thank you ma'am..

My experience from this hospital is very bad. The doctor here who treats neuro patients is very ignorant and arrogant.

If you are giving importance to your time..... Please consult other good hospital... The mangement was changed and they are trying to install new changes in hospital. Waited nearly 1 hour at pharmacy and after that they said that medicine is not available. The cafeteria is not at all clean and there is spillage of water from the roof.

Poor and unprofessional behaviour from the staff... Pharmacy staff took the prescription and kept it there and he went out waited more than 30 mints there , after that one pharmacy staff came and shouting against us why you kept the prescription thare. Given a written complaint to the hospital and they were not giving the acknowledgement for the complaint and the CRO (yaseer not sure the correct name) was shouting to us like they will not give acknowledgement and the contact details in PVS letter head paper. and CRO just walk off from us without making a solution. I don't how arrogant are they. We are going with patients and need to suffer a lot. I suggest please don't ever go to this hospital, you will need to go through your worst part of life.
