I have been living here for last 2 years. Good family atmosphere with kids activity areas. Good and safe caring culture

Its a decent place to stay. I had gone there cuz a colleague of mine stays there. Its a friendly neighborhood. There are 2 sectors. Sector A was made quite a while ago whereas sector B was made recently. Both are good places. If ur looking for a modern place. Sector B is the goto option. The community people are good people.

Positive ambience, access to city, railway station, temple, super market etc. Good community. Calm and pollution free space. Good construction too. Having an appartment here since begining

Was staying in an apartment in phase 2. Atmosphere is good, but no network connectivity at all and no power backup. Also, the place got flooded during the recent Kerala floods. Anybody seeking flats for rent will surely get many more better apartments for rent with better facilities.

Nice apartment and nice location. Good and solid construction. In all aspects its good. Only issue we will b facing is low network receptivity. For that either u need to go balcony or terrace.

Good apartment in that area. I went to see a room but didn't took. Heard from localites that water will enter this area during small floods( not sure). I liked room and appartment actually.

Very friendly people. Everyone lives here as a family. Very spacious place is available for children to play..

Located at Thiruvannur, a scenic place in Calicut, near a beautiful river Korapuzha. It is 5.8 Km away from Calicut railway station, 24 Km away from Calicut International airport and 6.9 Km away from KSRTC bus stand Kozhikode. Easy on your wallet, budget friendly apartments, 2 and 3 bhk flats, spacious rooms, no lifts, 24x7 water availability, the main problem is no enough network coverage.
