Doctors may be good but very worst maintained hospital! Labour room is in old building, New building is good! Old room charge is Rs.950/- Non AC with bad smell from canal New room charge is 1800/- In renai medicity (new building) Non AC room Rs.750/- AC room Rs.950 If you want to stay in PVS better stay in Gokulam park star hotel Recommended doctor Tony Mambilly - Paediatrician Sindhu - Gynaecologist

Pls don't do oncology surgery here..one of the worst surgery procedure team.just loot the money.i lost my mom due to improper surgery procedure....lapses in diagnosis on spread of tumour...Let them die peacefully atleast u could see them bit more..Bloody butchers

Good hospital with most of the facilities.. good doctors.. they have one of the best neonatal facility's in kerala. Very near to Kaloor bus stand and metro station.

Hospital has good doctors.And good service here.Parking space is very little.you may need find your own parking space.

Exactly four years ago I lost my father here. It's the worst hospital functioning only for monetary benefit and there is no scope of any values. Never get into their trap, or else you will lose your dear ones to oblivion

This hospital is very good. Got my dads' gall bladder removed here along with all allied treatment. Surgeon was Dr. Shaji + team, the experience was superb. Docs are very transparent, they spend time to make us understand the issue ++ allied stuff related to disease. Post surgery we stayed at 12th floor, the nurses were very caring, supportive & quick. I recommend this hospital!

You can reach out to the hospital anytime since there will be pediatrician any time 27x7. -1 for senior doctor consults multiple doc to conclude a disease every time. This losses your confidence if you see many times -1 the insurance team here is not good. I had you get my kid hospitalised here. Sadly the insurance team here didn't share detailed estimate of hospitalisation for getting approval. (My friend in insurance told me the same, and he approved the insurance not to cause any trouble for me) and when the claim came, I had to pay 30% of bill. And when I revisited, they said still there is due. And when I said I wasn't details of the approved amount and check details. They said they will take care internally. And by the sound of it, it looked like a hoax to me. Be cautious when dealing with them in case of money. Still I go to the hospital since hospital is 24x7. And doctor has reputation. Main issue that the hospital team is ignoring. The stinking smell that is always there at the location that joins old building to new. It has been when ever we go there.

I wish there was an option to rate 0. The doctors must be good but the entire organisation is a real mess. You have to wait for ages to see your doc, to get discharged once you get the nod from the doc, to get your meds from the pharmacy...... They seem not to know the value of time. There is no space for parking. You gotta park in their lot on the other side of the road and give money for that, too. The entire premise, except the new block stinks. Yeah the docs are among the best in the city. That is the only good thing.
