No comments on Picture quality and sound system... I think this is best in Dehradun and our country as well. As you aware it's costly for middle class people, it's also applicable for the snacks available outside screens but you will get the best cinematic experience. Washroom and Toilets are clean. Very comfortable seating but I cut down 1 star cause there's lack of sufficient space in between rows, I think this is done poorly by such a big n cinemas like PVR.
If you are a movie lover like me ..this is the best place to go ..why ...? If you have some sort of physical disability like me then... The staff... the way they treat you is very warm and welcoming ...not at all with any kind of discomfort and should I say disrespect and pity.. I would specially mention the name of ... MR DHEERAJ ARORA who is the one of the manager in the PVR... he's one of the genuinely best front desk person I have met in life.. he's caring ... understanding and goes out of his ways to make you comfortable.. Usually a good experience here almost always. Today, however, it was too cold inside the theatre and they started the film too soon - at the beginning and post the interval. Food was decent. Consumed the large Pepsi, grilled chicken burger and papdi chaat.
Sound and screen quality is bang on. There are big and spacing auditoriums, a little compact one as well. Seats are comfy and clean. Food is good and washrooms are clean. Overall a great experience.

The superb mall has a huge variety of things to explore. There was a book fest organized on the day when I went which had some cool discounts as well. I explored the food in the cafeteria which was present on the top floor and the taste was so delicious. I would highly recommend people to visit here and have a fun time with their family or friends.
