Not about pharmacy but the clinic related to that. They advertised booking number and I called and booked for my 9 month old baby. But when we came to consult, they said it's first come first serve, that booking doesn't count. And had to wait for more than 3 hours. If it wasn't based on booking, then they should have informed when we called for booking. This is absurd. We didn't have a choice since the doctor is good and only comes on Sundays. Totally disappointed
