I had a wonderful experience at Pushpanjali Hospital where my son was delivered. The hospital maintains high standards of hygiene, and the staff were incredibly supportive. The overall cleanliness of the hospital and the quality of our room were impressive. Thank you for providing such a positive environment during this important time. My experience with this hospital was very satisfactory. We came in with an emergency and the actions taken by the staff members and the doctors were very quick. Nursing staff here are very supporting , they took good care of the baby as well as the mother. I would personally like to thank sister Jessica as she took care of the baby like her own. And assured us completely about the same. Thank you to the other staff members as well.

No management, non medical staff not ready to work. Asked for the manager, but no one available Waited 45m for billing but no one available, other guy not ready to do billing. Took patient to max patparganj after no response

Overall service is good. Doctor nurse are very caring and helpful. Food quality is also good and healthy. Overall staff is good. Specially want to mention here about the smile of the guard lady who came for checking in every-room which bring smile at everyone-face.

Being a CGHS panel person, my experience for my second delivery in this hospital is satisfactory. Many private hospitals differentiate amongst the CGHS panel benefitter n normal patient. But the Dr's and staff of pushpanjali hospital took great care of me during my admission in hospital for my C-sec and post care of it. Dr. Puja Prasad is the only gynac that sees panel patients and she is by far the best gynac i have ever interacted with. The nursing staff and others are best in here. The only thing I want the to improve are the beds that they provide in private rooms.

My husband was diagnosed with dengue and he was under supervision of Dr PC Gera and Dr sumeer. We had an excellent experience with the doctors as they are very calm, listen to the patients patiently and prescribe the best treatment. Nursing staff is very good here. New wing has good structure too. Need to improvise on increasing nursing and housekeeping staff. Thanks PCM.
