Well the Hospital and the staff is professional and caring....

Hi I was standing in front of ICU. What is ICU. Intensive care unit. But I see a number of students entering without any proper ppe. A lot of technicians and a lot of uniforms going in and out of ICU. No one wears any PPE . I meant PPE to protect the already critical patients from outside infections. Its not only the caretakers that will get infection. It is also the patients that get nosocomial infections. And then they come and spread more infection. Please look into it immediately. It is a matter that affects patients dearly. Thank you. As far as I see,it's only the bystanders that are not allowed into the ICU all others may.

From the moment I entered the hospital, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel comfortable and assured. Huge hospital , lots of patients.The inside part is very clean but I've noticed some places where the waste water gets dumped directly into the hospital premises.frendly staff, guess they are very attentive as I didn't had to run here and there asking what to do next, they'll give u instructions (I had been to places where when I ask something they'll say go ask that guy ND he'll say I don't know go ask the other guy).we didn't have to pay any money as my uncle had his surgery covered by the insurance agency but it's heard that this hospitals charging patients alot and they are having bad attitude towards patients ( I didn't had the bad attitude response from any of them) .They got paid parking as well as free parking but the free parking is a bit far from the main entrance but in the same compound though. Always walk in through the main entrance otherwise the security guards will ask for your/patients admission slip for entry. nb: this is just my experience, if anyone ever face a difficulty please do share your experience in details.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hospital's clean and modern infrastructure. The waiting area was comfortable and well-maintained, with ample seating and a calming ambiance. The hospital's emphasis on cleanliness was evident throughout, as I noticed regular sanitization and hygiene practices being followed diligently. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and competence of the medical staff. The doctors and nurses were attentive, compassionate, and thorough in their approach. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and provide detailed explanations about my diagnosis and treatment options. Their expertise and dedication instilled a sense of confidence and trust in the medical care I was receiving. Another notable aspect was the quality of patient care.

Inefficient appointment Management at the Ortho Department. They provide same appointment time for number 10 patient and number 25 patient. They want people to come and wait from morning until evening. Doctor's assistance could easily manage the time and give approximate time for appointments. Inefficiency making the place so crowded with patients, bystanders, Doctor assistants, Medical students, nurses etc.
