Doctor's are perfect Treatment is perfect Receiving at reception is perfect Management (chairman) is also very much supportive, but somewhere I felt, there is a need of some extra facilities like extra space. Space in the sense, need to provide separate & sufficient space for patients and attendies as well. Rest of all the staff needed proper training regarding behaviour towards patients. And please try to ensure one should stay(for entire process) not more than 2hours in hospital. Better set the protocol..so that every patient should know, where should he /she approach for the next move at every stage of their stay, rather than sitting in a confusing state. Thanks & Regards
