Worst service to the customer. No respect for customer's time and no work ethics. I had booking for 2 days and they forced me to check out after 1 day because I used some vouchers and they didn't focus on that while accepting the booking. Due to their negligence I had to waste 2 hours over calls with the booking app. Don't value customer's time, initially asked me to visit the reception even when I told I was having lunch and then kept me waiting there because the girl at reception was so busy with her phone.
Even the bathroom shower, AC remote and phone are not operational. I would really suggest to everyone to don't book this hotel as they are pathetic and doesn't care about your time.
A very good boutique hotel and exceptional customer services. Amazing food at the newly opened kitchen. Very well connected with metro and stone throw away distance from delhi border.
Everything was nice we booked for family members visiting us.. however I would mention the last interaction with lady in charge was extremely bad. We're we are paying xx thousand she could not wait for us to come and asked the guest to pay... this gesture is taking 5 out of 5 rating to reduce....
