We also booked based on the online reviews but I was highly disappointed with the service. The guard doesn't know how to guide new guests, there are no boards or display signs about reception, parking or anything. We were calling the hotel from 4 to 5 hours as we were reaching late but nobody answered the calls. Very pathetic. The receptionist doesn't even know how to greet his customers, talk to them and make them feel comfortable. The parking is so far away that nobody came to help with out baggage. I openly asked help to the staff but in vain. The bathroom shower was not working at all and water was running slow. I have visited throughout India but this service was below average or extraordinarily pathetic. I would not recommend if you are going there for relaxing or vacation. You will be irritated and exhausted by the end of your stay.. The staff is not well trained and unprofessional behavior.

They Definitely don't know how to talk with humility and politeness. Needed one double occupancy and one triple occupancy room. Even when their triple occupancy room will cost you 10k, they will provide just a mattress for third person which is irksome and quite distasteful. Then I decide to go for a third room instead and as a customer it is my duty to ask if there is any scope for discount when making a direct reservation call & booking 3rooms for one night, I am told that we cant do anything with the prices(acceptable) but with all the arrogance, the guy goes ahead to tell me "even if you don't book the third room someone else will take it as we are always booked during weekends so it will not affect our revenue regardless of how much ever rooms you book, prices will remain same" There were 10different polite ways to say no but saying this you just lost a potential customer and many others who will read this. Secondly, dont go taking your pets. It is not really Pet friendly ! Because, in their own words, " You can take your pets to the open garden or keep them in the room but not in the pool, restaurant or anywhere else on the property". The whole idea of taking your pets along is to have them with you at every moment. Find some different place to go to!

Total trip was perfect. Food variety & taste amazing - no need to anywhere else. Have to point of 2 things which were disappointing 1 - rooms had leakage marks so dampness smell & A/c temperature stuck at 17 deg & multiple remotes tried none worked/ac state bad as no flaps also. 2- bathroom water pressure was so slow that could not even take a shower properly. Stay was comfortable - could visit again

Amazing experience and service by everyone out there very cooperative staff. Food were amazing and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful special thanks to Mr.Shetty who was so nice and well behaved human. Person at reception and the girl at reception both were too amazing. The which was allotted to us was pool view but due to rain the water was coming in so informed at reception but trust me they were so helpful and polite they showed use 2 3 rooms and then we finalised one room and shifted there.Must visit thanks guys.

I thought the rooms would be clean and big. But when I went there, I had to call management to clean the room. I went to pushpa vatika, but receptionist told me that your room is another place, When we went there he said, your room is not here but at the same place where you have been.I should say that, Half of the day I was confused that what these guys are doing.... My hours was spend like this. They did not even take bags of mine. I had dog with me. And bags were very heavy instead of confirming rooms they were making me roam here and there..Food was also not that great. I would suggest to improve the service and maintain the cleanliness of the rooms.

Good place to visit and stay, excellent food. Good cafe also available, Good and pleasent environment, good greenery, clean pool. Can come along with family, friends and groups. The hospitality of Mr. Harish Shetty was great . Do try it out for yourself.

The location of the resort is wonderful, right next to mountain. So one can get a good mount view. I went in mansoon so were able to see waterfalls. Ambience is very soothing. Very neet and clean. Great place to chill. And most importantly the food was delicious Absolutely in love with the food.
