Pushkara Resort and Spa - Hotel in Nedaliya - Ajmer, India

I recently stayed at Pushkara Resort and was impressed by its excellent infrastructure and well-maintained property. The surroundings were beautiful and the facilities were top-notch. However, I was quite disappointed with the food quality. The taste was far from satisfactory, and the pricing was exorbitant, with a simple paneer vegetable dish costing a whopping 700 rupees. Additionally, the buffet cost was high considering the limited variety they offered. Despite the resort's great amenities, the dining experience left much to be desired.

Excellent Resort for a weekend gateway from Jaipur . Loved the infra and facilities. I would rate 5/5 due to the great food ..great hospitality and amazing location . This is 6 kms before the puskar while taking a new pushkar bypass road . Staff is courteous and views are great ..Newly constructed property like some 12 months ago !! Avg room rates differs from 6-10 k and may be more depending on the festivities. Hot destination for weddings .

Amazing location, awesome amenities, great well behaved staff and the buffet facilities is great. Kudos to whole staff specially the chef ganesh and pankaj sir, rinku sir who made us comfortable there. Definitely gonna rate 9.5 to services 10/10 to staff 10/10 location 10/10 room Had great vacay here.

Staaf behave is very bed. Sarvisez is not good. Bad lengvege. These are complete no copretivs staaf.

The Highs: Most of the staff is good and helpful, the rooms are good and spacious. I loved the property which is striving hard to be on par with the chain of hotels. Location is good & tranquil. Eye on details are being given, considering its still under construction. Food at restaurant offers continental but they really need to learn what's continental & offer more in terms of international cuisines in the buffet. I loved the indian selection though, a fresh juice counter & fresh dosas. The Lows: Housekeeping staff & reception staff needs more training. First day, room wasn't equipped with tea/coffee and bathroom was unclean. It was cleaned and filled up upon calling. Second day was perfect. However, garbage bags & in-room food leftovers werent collected for 24+ hrs. Requested bandaid personally at the reception as my kid was hurt & was told it will be sent to the room but wasn't. The pool was clean on day 1 but next day with high occupancy, it wasn't maintained & was filthy. They also don't follow costume protocols & guests enter with shorts and tshirts & without a shower, which is disgusting. There is no lifeguard on duty which is a huge safety risk. The place doesn't serve alcohol & doesn't have ash tray bins. Gym, spa & kids play area is still work in progress. Overall, decent experience & I'll visit again, hopefully when things are in order.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a wedding at Pushkara Resort and Spa in Pushkar, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the staff at Pushkara Resort and Spa displayed a lack of professionalism and incompetence. They seemed disorganized and unprepared to handle a wedding event. Our requests and arrangements were repeatedly mishandled, resulting in chaos and unnecessary stress. The communication was poor, with staff members giving conflicting information and not following through on their promises. The condition of the hotel facilities was also subpar. The rooms were poorly maintained and in desperate need of renovation. The carpets were stained, the furniture was worn-out, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It was evident that the management did not prioritize the upkeep of the property. Furthermore, the quality of service provided by the staff was abysmal. We encountered numerous issues throughout our stay, such as delayed room service, missing amenities, and unresponsive staff members. They seemed indifferent to our concerns and showed a lack of willingness to resolve any issues promptly. As for the wedding arrangements, they were an absolute disaster. Despite providing clear instructions and specifications well in advance, the hotel failed to meet our expectations. The decorations were haphazardly put together, and several important elements were missing. The catering service was equally disappointing, with poorly prepared and tasteless food being served to our guests. To add insult to injury, the management showed no accountability for their shortcomings. They were unapologetic and unresponsive when we raised our concerns, offering no compensation or attempts to rectify the situation. In conclusion, my experience at Pushkara Resort and Spa for my wedding was an absolute nightmare. The lack of professionalism, poor maintenance of facilities, inadequate service, and disastrous wedding arrangements made this a truly unforgettable and regrettable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel for their special event to look elsewhere and avoid the disappointment that I endured.
