Unclean rooms and bathrooms. Even the location of the hotel is in the outskirts of the city Pushkar. Thus it is not safe for going outside of the hotel in the evening even for a leisure walk. The hotel may advertise its swimming pool and blah blah, but basic things are not up to a standard hotel. Again, if staying for just a night with eyes and ears closed, then it is definitely worth a booking.
There is a worst worst worst customer service, we have ordered a food but he given one item missing, when we ask he behaves like worst guy. Don't stay here also don't order any food worst place, they want to loot....

One of the worst places to stay at. We arrived late and there was only one person to serve, the dishes were not clean. The staff was rude, the food was bland and cold. The rooms are even worse, unclean and unmaintained. Please think twice before staying here. Also, their wifi doesn't work.
Well I would suggest you contact the hotel once before you book online, the new owner is very nice person, it is one of the most wonderful places if you are looking for a weekend getaway with you better half , family or collegues.

Hotel is good at a nice locality.. Lot of good cafes around. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is supportive. There is lift to go on upper floors. Easy to find as autowalas know the place by name. They also provide food to rooms on call.
I am happy and very much self satisfied with the services and with the facilities in this property. The room and the washroom was neat and clean. Food quality and taste was also good. Staff behavior is also good. It was not difficulty for me to locate the property.
