The society is also well maintained and functional. Amenities like pool, TT, gym, health club etc are available. Supermarket is also available inside.

A really well built apartment complex. Amazing place to stay at or visit. Everything is well organized right from the security, visitor parking etc. They also have a supermarket within the community, along with snacks bar etc. Only thing missing is school, college etc. It maybe in the plans as a lot of construction is still afoot. If these come up then this apartment complex is just amazing with all amenities.
The Palm beach Theme is definitely a seller, the property is amazing. Love the Water theme area in the center of the property, the kids play area, the Club house and lots of other games activities is available. Ample area to do your walking or jogging or cycling which is cool. The flats is lovely with lot of natural lighting, an amazing balcony to look out for the view. Parking is available for guests too, the other best part is security.
Amenities are below par and maintenence is too high. Location also not very good as have to cross a long block of constant traffic to reach anywhere. Management doesn't care about the issues.

Very Likeable society. Built in approx 10 acres, it has spacious units with water theme design. There's a wave pool, swimming pool, fish pond etc in the middle of it. Absolute delight for the kids. Has got powerful Mitsubishi elevators which are known for their smooth movement and silent operation. Top floor houses penthouse which is quite spacious and has its own private terrace area. Overall a good apartment a little far from noise of roads. Heard NIMHANS is also coming just across the street.
The society setup seems to cool with nice peripheral road surrounding the project. Still under construction with a sales office operating inside for the extension coming at the entrance. There was a royal feeling at the tower entrance and way to the elevator area. The security and amenities seemed tight and maintained though still new. Road outside was wide and empty may be due to be Sunday.
