The society demands a premium being the only one of its kind considering the area where it has been built. Lived there from 2021-2023 in a pool facing flat before being vacated, so my review is as a tenant Pros - Flats with bigger carpet area -The limited facilities of gym, swimming pool, party hall and sports rooms within are well maintained thanks to the excellent work by the in-house committee. - the towers are undergoing a much needed renovation finally - Fairly quite airy flats thanks to the lake and open area - Clean society and generally friendly people with nods and smiles during your morning and evening walks Cons -The regular horns of train gets super annoying, especially at night. the frequency has increased due to more local trains running and are forced to honk to move out people loittering along the tracks. - High maintenance for the facilities provided, you shell out 10k for coming and moving charges - The water pressure drops frequently in the top floor flats, while the extreme pressure of the pumps ensure your bidets and geysers keep breaking down - The rent shot up up by 10-15k in 2023 with landlords asking tenants to pay up or vacate, while deducting painting charges even though the agreement says otherwise. - The underpass keeps getting water logged during rains cutting off access from Old Madras Road

Moved 2 Years back and really great Society. Best part of this property is that it's really located at center of Bangalore (Up to his name of Purva Midtown). Located in between two metro stations, 1st for the rest of the Bangalore connectivity and 2nd one for the direct connectivity to Airport.. Also people of the society are very nice. It has almost all common facilities, including big central swimming pool. It is next to beautiful lake whose picture I have attached.
I booked a resale flat D602 in this apartment and paid advance , The owner handed over the keys for doing furnishing and acknowledge providing property documents on time . After 6 months he said he can't continue on the deal and returned the money and refuses to refund my furnishing cost . Be careful while while dealing with resale flats here. The keys of the flat are still with me .
