It's a Complete Nature's Retreat This apartment is surrounded by lushious forest, and greenery all around. A little far away from the city hustle bustle. It is a large complex which Houses thousands of families. Security is good, there are gaurds in each block, and the entire complex . Each block comprises over 19 floors. Flats are spacious, and well planned. And has great view . The place is perfect for nature lovers, peacefull and calm location, ideal for elders to have a tension free morning walk. The view from 18th floor is mind-blowing especially when its raining , and foggy. The apartment has a huge swimming pool, which is divided into 3 levels, for the kids, beginners and professional. The pool is gaurded by security all day and night, for the safety of the members. The housekeeping staff are prompt, maintainence is good, the garbage is cleared regularly. There are numerous amenities inside the complex. Supermarket, gym, men saloon, mini convention hall, small eatery ( only veg) , clinic, and many more. The clinic staffs are very prompt, giving immediate first aid to an old lady who just slipped and fell on the ground, got my attention. The main cons here is the location, it is away from the city, and the road leading to the apartment is surrounded by empty greenery and darkness both the sides, which makes it difficult and scary to commute after evening .It's better to avoid two wheeler ride through this road after 6pm. There are no hotels / restaurants or shops nearby. Which is not a major concern as long as swiggy, , Zomato and other delivery apps are available. Since there are large greenery, there are a lot of mosquitoes in and around the complex. It can me dealt with mosquito repellent. The office goers will find it little difficult because of the traffic leading to the city . Overall it's a good place for all age group, from kids to adults to middle aged to senior citizens, everyone will love this place for its calm and peaceful locality,

Entry ramp is very steep an narrow. Not enough parking area which make visitors struggle. Near to nice road, but have to go around to get here. Not properly maintained. Security is not standard....Biggest problem is the noise from vehicles on nice road.

Visited there to meet my friends. Excellent design and good maintenance. All major amenities are provided. Flats are big and nicely designed to cater all the requirements of the tenants and house owners.

Purva highland is one of the best apartment s near kanakpura main Street.that too in holiday village road and the luxury apartment the swimming pool and hot tub and pool gym tennis courts hotel inside the apartment and the security guard at the end and he is fit too work very hard for us. The facility for a family is comfortable like a royal palace and the output of project engineer is excellent utilized everywhere and the space utilized is very sufficient .

Very well maintained apartment. Could have been better if more open space was left.

Update 27 July 2019. BB Instant vending machines are available now Sooper place for an early morning walk. Plenty of fresh air. Pool side view

It feels like staying in a resort. Beautiful place to stay. Amazing views. Near to Namma Metro Green line. Loaded with facilities.
