Purva Clermont - Apartment building in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

My business was doing pretty well in the last couple of years, and I decided to upgrade my home. After living in a 1BHK flat for a long time, I was looking for a modern home with the latest technologies. I did not want to waste my time renovating a house, so a new build is best for me. I heard about Purva Zenium and decided to take a look at it. Since it was recently launched, I checked out the floor map of the flat and various amenities the complex has to offer. I must say I was totally impressed with everything. I am already in talks with them and will make a decision quickly to not miss out on an opportunity.

While searching for an apartment at the location of Mundhwa, I came across this project Purva Emerald Bay. While the project is in ongoing status, I decided to wait and shift in this project only. The location is great that will offer convenience for my transit from home to office. Also, the floor plan of the apartments is great offering them a spacious and well-ventilated feel. I am just hoping that the construction completes soon so that I can move into my apartment here at the earliest.

The very experience of discussion on the project was good. The team took time to give us the details including the construction quality and material used that normally is missing in other similar projects. Location simply is the best available one in Chembur. And name Puravankara gives this upcoming project that touch of trust what is the most important aspect for a home buyer.

I often buy different properties for the purpose of investment. When I came across this project, I could stop myself from investing in one of its apartments. The location Chembur is such that the property cost here will surely heighten after a few years. Apart from this, the team has offered some of the most amazing features and facilities about the property while they offered a virtual tour of the property. Overall, it seemed a beneficial deal that I finalized and now I am waiting for its completion soon.

I have been looking for a place in Mumbai, but most apartments I have seen were either on the outskirts of Mumbai or were out of my budget. I was talking to one of my colleagues one day, and he recommended Purva Clermont as It was very close to our office in Chembur. During our break, I decided to go and check it out. The complex is in the construction stage, but there were sales representatives present at the site. I was taken to a conference room where they shared details about the project, its amenities and delivery dates. I was impressed by their professionalism, and they answered my questions calmly. I would be taking another visit to the site with my wife, and I can't believe I am saying this, but it seems like I have found my dream flat!

When Purva Clermont started its work, it made a lot of noise due to its location as well as its features. It is located that Chembur that is known as the heart of Mumbai. The property hosts spacious apartments and several modern amenities such as smart homes and other options as mentioned in the brochure. Also, the plan talks about a greener environment within the community that attracted us the most for which we booked our apartment here.

It's in a scenic location - opposite BARC hills & at a vantage point of Mumbai wherein Free Way , Metro , Mono & Expressway for connecting with SOBO , BKC & New Navi Mumbai / Old Airports are actually at hands distance . I'm staying in dis locality for more dan 2 decades but in an old Apt & always wanted an ultra modern Apt with high tech facilities for my GenX within d same vicinity... In Mumbai we hv an easy access to Sea but long for beauty of hills & keep on rushing to Khandala / Mahabaleshwar on d weekends but with Purva Clermont - my run will be converted into a walk. It's dream come true & luv at first sight for me. My family is all excited to step into a smarthome that is safe, serene and well planned. It not only takes care of our needs with roof top club house , open air fitness centers but also my grandson's with lush garden and play area along with other amenities like Swimming Pool , Joggers track , Sr citizens Area etc . I must say Khushbu is adding value to this perfect project by her personal touch & beyond d call of her duty. We look forward to our stay here.

I had contacted Abhilasha when the project Purva Clermont in Chembur was first launched around April 2021. I had a video conference with her and the project appeared quite promising. The site museum had still not come up and the pandemic was raging. Hence my site visit was delayed. In July/August 2021, Nivedita again contacted me and convinced me to visit the site since I stay nearby in the same locality. My interest in the project is wrt the investment opportunity which I had clearly shared with Abhilasha as well as Nivedita. The visit was very refreshing. Nivedita is a very calm, sober and collected individual who was very correct in her client approach without any hype but only focusing on facts about the project and about the concept of World Homes. I found Nivedita to be an excellent listener who understood exactly what I was looking out for. Hence she was able to communicate very effectively about the quality of the project. She took great pains in detailing the construction quality and the minute details which Purvankara takes in the construction of the World Homes . Very impressive indeed. I have personally given this feedback to Nivedita as well as the Sales Manager, Reshma with whom we jointly spent about 30 minutes at the end of my visit. My brief feedback on the project: 1. Excellent concept 2. Good location with excellent connectivity. 3. Excellent Construction 4. The swimming pool is on the ground level and the view is blocked. Hence it is not an infinity pool as claimed. An infinity pool here would have been a winner. 5. Chargers for EVs should be provided and highlighted. 6. Rain water harvesting and conservation should be highlighted wrt ESG 7. Fire safety aspects can be planned and enhanced at construction stage: A) interconnecting the wings for movement B) fire slides or chutes for residents to escape 8. A bore well in the premises would be welcome 9. Waste water filtering to recycle and use in toilets would be welcome 10. The location is good but the views from the property are restricted. Another important winner missing 11. Finally the project is fully priced and is currently priced at about 35 percent premium to other good projects which are launched. This is a dampner wrt investment in spite of excellent construction. 12. Many other points have been shared. Hence in spite of outstanding efforts from Nivedita and her efforts to follow-up and convince me I have still not booked. But I have shortlisted the project alongwith other projects of Lodha, Sunteck and Godrej and will take a call on my investment. Thank you Nivedita.
