Since we are in Toronto Canada everything was done online virtual using FB. They help us with measurements and made sure everything is perfect. Ordered a Indo western outfit custom made frm them , with lots of embroidery works , got it done in one week and been couriered to Melbourne and I got in max 3-4 days. Love the work same as it's been in pics , wish I could personally meet and feel the fabric but it came Out better than what I expected . Will def get more stuff . Wish I known. Then esrlier
I wish I could give more stars! I just had my wedding earlier this summer in Toronto, Canada and worked closely with Sagar from Purusham. I cannot express enough how amazing Sagar and his team are!!! I came across Purusham online and connected with Sagar via WhatsApp and telephone calls. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my style and what my vision was for my wedding day sherwani outfit. He sent me many ideas in addition to what was available online. Their designs are very modern and unique. Sagar was also very enthusiastic about custom designing my outfit and adding my own personal touches to it! During the preparation stage, Sagar was very accessible and provided regular updates. He ensured that I was fully content with the swatch and then moved on to creating the actual sherwani. The sherwani was made within the timeline I was given and Sagar was able to have it delivered to me in Toronto within 48 hours after completion!! Wow! We were all super pleased with the outfit and this made it easy to choose Purusham again for my groomsemen outfits! I worked with Sagar in custom designing a raw silk kurta pajama and vest combination for 13 of my groomsmen! Once again, Sagar went above and beyond to make sure the best quality fabric was chosen and all details were taken care of. He provided us a video showing how exactly to obtain the measurements which I then shared with my groomsmen. The outfits arrived very quickly and fit perfectly!!
