The service was very nice and the condition of room was very tidy and neat the food was very delicious and tasty.

Very bad experience. Dirty rooms, Dirty linen, full of cobwebs and dust, no hot water, air conditioning not working..overall pathetic..vits has lost its brand value
The only pros were clean rooms and bed.
Cons were too many:
* AC was not cooling enough on even 16 degrees.
* Iron was not working and they don't have another one.
* They don't give proper soap and shampoo pouches in the bathroom. Just 2 Rs clinic pouch and 2Rs medimix
* early checkin they charge extra 700Rs even if early checkout.
* Breakfast option is not sufficient.
* Shower was clogged and wasn't working fine and so was the toilet hand jet spray.
* Lack of staff to attend to your concerns.
Its better to book your rooms in Vits Aurangabad 3 start Hotel because being a franchise of Vits, Purple do nit maintain their quality as per 3 star.
Good Service , nice environment food quality is very good supporting staff and Mr sambhaji and his team is very helpful I will suggest my family and friends also

Purple Beds by VITS gives you pleasant feel.
Guest happy is their main priority. You feel royal, when you are in. Ambiances was also so cool & awesome. Breakfast was also good & 100% Worth on it.
Suggest you that have a visit, where you feel like HEAVEN.
